A new year of school

This year was very exciting at our house because all three of the older kids were going to school. They were so excited.  I'm so glad that all the kids love to learn and are excited to go to school.  Ben had a great summer and maybe wasn't as excited as he has been in the past, but he was excited to see his friends. But he had a great start to the year and was excited to have Hunter in his class again.  He has started cursive and is very excited to learn a new way to write.   Abby on the other hand couldn't wait.  Both Ben and Grace went before her, so she was super excited when her first day finally came.  She loved Mrs. Gooch and was excited to sit by her best friend Allyse and be in the same class as Allyse and Emma.  Grace is up for anything and school was no different.  She was so excited to go to school with her cousins.  She came home the first day and was overjoyed.  It was everything she wanted and more.  She thinks school is the greatest thing ever invented.  She has already had a field trip and brought home the story and art box to make a bear puppet.  She is having a blast!

So with all my kids gone at school this cute little guy is stuck home with me.  Isn't he cute?
